Ingenious.Build is Hiring a Remote Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for shipping incredible value to the customer for the more technical Delivery Team that focuses on external integrations. This is done by gathering customer requirements, prioritizing the work, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We are looking for a tenacious, well-rounded person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can relentlessly transform fragmented information into valuable software for our users.

In this position, you will: 

  • Set the product vision and strategy for 3rd party integrations using data-driven decisions.
  • Ingest information about your clients, research the market, conduct user tests as needed, and partner with stakeholders to build a roadmap that optimizes value and delivers the Right Thing at the Right Time.
  • Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Teams (Software, Design, Quality Assurance) to ship impactful, world class products. 
  • Develop clear GTM strategies for internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Communicate with various internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Experience needed:

  • 2 years of career experience in a related field
  • Proficient in discussing APIs and data structures
  • Demonstrated history of advancing business outcomes through thoughtful leadership, logical thinking, and cross-functional partnership
  • Proven ability to successfully wear many hats/roles
  • Scrum Methodology 
  • Experience with our tooling: Jira, Figma, Productboard

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with iPaaS
  • Experience with integrations
  • Experience in AECO or PropTech industry
  • Experience in a start-up environment

The compensation range for this position is quite broad, and we in good faith believe it to be anywhere between $70,000 to $110000; provided, however, that we may ultimately pay more or less than this range depending upon skill set, location, and market fluctuation
